This is a great rental. It was well stocked, clean and in great condition. The layout is great. We were a family of 4 so everyone got their own room and bathrooms had dual vanities. There is another bathroom with shower downstairs that we did not use. This could comfortably accommodate 3 couples; 4 if wouldn't mind using the bunk bed room. The kitchen was well stocked. We only cooked one evening but kitchen had everything we needed including common spices and some olive oil. Condo had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap and Keurig coffee pods. Condo is close to main part of town so we could have easily walked but Moab wasn't busy during our visit so we were able to easily find parking and drove most places. Cruiser bikes looked to be in good condition but we did not use them. The pool is closed for the winter but the hot tub worked and was well maintained. Garage at the condo was tall enough to accommodate our SUV with topper box and garage opener is included. Property management was by "Empty Spaces Vacation Rental Management." They were very professional and communication was excellent. That part of the experience exceeded a typical "host" for a VRBO. I wish they managed more properties in other locations (they manage some in Crested Butte, Havasu and Grand Mesa). I would absolutely stay at this condo again.

This property is located within waking distance to Main street downtown and is just a short drive to all things fun outdoors. It is very clean and has great amenities. Our kids loved the little play area! They felt they had their own special space away from us parents. This property really has all you need for a great vacation!

This was our first stay in a VRBO and it was exactly what we were hoping it would be. Super quick response from management, very easy process all around. Would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of two families with 4 adults and 3 children (11, 11 and 13). The house is well decorated, very clean and provided comfortable furniture for both relaxing and sleeping. There is also ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 car garage + 2 driveway spots). We had two cars, a RZR and trailer all of which we were able to fit at the property. The back patio overlooks a park with several trees which in my opinion is one of the best patio views in the development. Communication with the rental management agency was very clear and made that part of the experience effortless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

We’ve stayed in hotels and condos in Moab and this was our best location yet. The condo is great with enough room for friends and family to all be together and enjoy each other’s company, but with rooms and bathrooms that allow for some downtime. We chose this unit because it was right next to the pool and we had kids with us. Best choice ever. We could be cooking on the grill while the kids (older kids) could swim. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were loads of towels and even games to play. We would come back to this property again for sure.

Awesome stay for our annual family trip! At first glance, it looked small (like the yard and pool etc) but once we got going we found it to be more than enough for our family and we had quite the clan. The pool is great for families with kids because there is a large step/pad on one side where my two year old could walk around and still be in the pool with everyone else. The yard has a fun playground for toddlers, and a nice lounge area where we played games. The house was super clean and comfortable, and great for the family to hang out. Parking galore. Plenty of things we needed like towels and blankets, etc. Great hosts! The location is good too, not far from stores or attractions like the London bridge. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to Havasu!
