We had a great time in Moab! This townhouse was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone! Beds were comfortable! One of the things we moms appreciated was that The house was equipped with Everything! Towels-plus extras and pool towels, ketchup, baggies, fans, basic seasonings and sugar, coffee makers of all sort, plenty of kitchen gadgets, extra bedding for the air mattresses, you name it! The kids loved being right outside the pool and the two sets of bunk beds. We also appreciated TVs with fast internet/streaming abilities as well as cable. The outdoor rock chairs are a little wobbly and cushions are shredded but we still enjoyed the warm night and the gorgeous views! Location was great and within 5-10 min of shops and grocery store. We really enjoyed our stayed and would love to come again if we venture out back out to Moab.

We had a blast during our stay! The house was roomy enough for 8 adults, was well stocked to accommodate cooking and other needs, was super close to the pool and was just a short bike ride away to town. It was perfect for our family get away to the National Parks.

This is the most clean Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is extremely stunning and cozy. It’s so we’ll cared for and clean that the sheets smelled like Softener. The amount of detail in that house has is something to really appreciate. The movie theater is wonderful alongside with the pool. Oh! And it’s fully stocked with everything you need . This house was one of the best. Looking forward to stay here again in the future. Everything was smooth and communication with the host was great 10/10

Upon arrival we were thrilled with the cleanliness of this unit! I have never been in a rental cleaner than this! Not one stray hair or fuzzball could be found. This rental has anything and everything you need! The kitchen is fully equipped with any small appliance you would need, a multitude of cooking spices, oils and nonstick spray. Aluminum foil , sandwich bags, sharpies and batteries were even available! The beds, couch and furnishings were comfortable and felt great after our long days exploring the area. Even the 2 foldaway beds were a hit with a couple of our teenagers. In the garage we were happy to have available a bike repair stand and multiple bike tools, including a standing pump and wrenches. Also available in the garage was a giant Jenga set and a cornhole set that our teenagers had a ball with having nightly tournaments. It’s perfectly located in my opinion. It’s a quick bike ride or drive to town and to area attractions. We were primarily there for mountain biking, but also visited Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. We also took a rafting trip on the Colorado River. This was the best trip we’ve had in years and that is mostly due to this rental! We had no issues and no complaints! Great job hosts! You are truly making vacation dreams come true!

Stress free vacation! All the family was able to be together in one location. Normally we have a caravan of travel trailers where everyone goes and hides to get out of the heat. Being able to eat together, watch movies together and get on the razors and ride right to the trails made all the difference. My grandkids didn't want to leave, neither did my nieces. They loved the pool and bike ride to the yogurt shop. Perfect location, tons of parking for several trailers, excellent customer service and very clean. I would stay a hundred times more!

We booked this house to come together for my daughters 8th birthday celebration at the lake, and wow were we impressed! Beautiful home, very modern minimalist style. All amenities provided! No need to bring toiletries they have the best products! The kitchen is fully stocked, you’ll have enough dishes for 20 plus! Exceptionally clean! The showers are like a spa, and they have soft water so, you come out with super soft skin. The backyard is an oasis, for all ages. The kids and adults can all enjoy at the same time! You will love this place. It’s close to the lake and the AC is always at the perfect temp! We will be booking this palace in the future for sure!!!!

This property was everything it was described as. Spacious, clean, great spaces for gathering. We stayed 3 nights here with 21 people and we had a blast. About a ten minute drive from the “downtown” area of lake Haveasu. I couldn’t be more pleased with the property. Overall it made our trip and we had a wonderful time. Would absolutely return!

We all loved our visit to Moab. It was comforting to come back to this place after a day in the elements, feeling like we were luxuriating after working out hard. This place is well stocked. From the kitchen appliances, cookware and even condiments to the linens and bathroom soaps and lotions, we kept commenting that this was the best stocked vacation rental any of us had experienced. Having the garage to store our bikes and other gear made it easy to come and go. The team we texted with about questions or reports about problems were always responsive and accommodating. We recommend this place without question.

Beautiful, clean home with perfect location. Everything was 5 minutes away. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Communication was incredibly prompt. The blender was broken and after letting the hosts know, they had it replaced within the hour without even being asked, which was super appreciated. We highly recommend!

We had a blast! Totally exceeded expectations! This property is really a big “compound” with two houses. Super clean, comfortable and spacious. It has a luxury resort feel, which made for an incredibly relaxing weekend even with a really large group. There are so many places to sit and relax with the group or on your own. Coolest amenities we liked were: **The pool and hot tub - pool has a waterfall plus it was heated and big enough for our large group. Gorgeous place for a night time swim. **Movie & Game Room - loved the movie-size projection screen. Great for watching football while playing pool, air hockey, etc **The private electric gate - has a door opener and gate that lets you drive several cars right up to the doors in between the two houses plus 2 garage parking spots. Very convenient for unloading and for securely parking a boat trailer or RV. This house was immaculate and well taken care of. Definitely coming back next time we’re in Havasu. Highly recommended!
