Your Adventure Guide Awaits
With so many things to do in the Moab area, the last thing we want is for you to feel overwhelmed trying to figure out all the things you want to accomplish during your visit. That’s why we’re here to highlight some of the area’s main attractions:
Arches National Park is known for its 2,000+ naturally occurring red rock arches. Reaching looming heights, the freestanding Delicate Arch stands at 46 feet high while the Landscape Arch stretches over 306 feet across. Truly they will take your breath away. From Moab, head north 5 miles on US-191.
Canyonlands National Park is comprised of four very different districts, each offering a very different viewpoint of the vastly changing high desert habitat. With over 337,598 acres of colorful canyons, mesas, buttes, fins, arches, and spires, you’ll love exploring this breathtaking national treasure. From Moab, head north on US-191 for 21 miles, then turn left on Hwy 313 for 11 miles before reaching the park entrance.
The La Sal Mountain Range is the second highest mountain range in Utah. With mountain peaks standing over 13,000 feet tall, you won’t believe the fresh alpine air you can find just 20 miles south of Moab. To truly appreciate the beauty of the mountains, we suggest you cruise north on US Highway 191 before turning right on Scenic Byway 128, just before the bridge. This will take you on the La Sal Mountain Loop, about a three-hour drive assuming you drive at a leisurely pace to soak in some of the viewpoints and enjoy time on the banks of the Colorado River (which we strongly suggest you do).
