National Park Timed Entry
Arches National Park is in the center of canyon country in southeastern Utah and is considered one of America’s scenic wonders. It becomes extremely crowded during the park’s busy season from March through October. As such, the park is implementing a pilot timed entry reservation system for visitors entering the park from April through October 2023. This system will provide visitors reliable access to the park and result in a higher quality experience.
Visitors will now need three things in order to enter the park:
1) timed entry ticket
2) photo ID
3) park entrance fee OR valid park pass.
Each vehicle entering the park will need a Timed Entry Ticket for each day the vehicle will be in the park between the hours of 6 am and 5 pm. The reservation holder must be in the vehicle with valid photo identification when you arrive at the park. The Timed Entry Ticket includes a $2.00 non-refundable reservation fee which is separate from the park entrance fee.
