AMAZING HOME, YARD, POOL, and SPA

Thank you for looking at our home. Sarah and I and our team strive to provide each guest with nothing but the best service, best accommodations, and best vacation. This home's backyard is second to none. With a state of the art pool, spa, and fire pit, no one in your group will want to leave. The home is located minutes from the lake, with easy access to the main highway (if you've been to LHC before you know how annoying the street layouts are). We are also right around the corner from a grocery store, bars, restaurants, and gas stations.

THE EXTRA TOUCHES
Each kitchen is stocked with mixing bowls, pots & pans, mixer, blender, griddle, Keurig, a standard coffee maker, and other high-end small appliances. As well, we provide baking and cooking pantry staples, spices, ketchup, mayo, mustard, granola bars, K cups coffee, liquid creamer, Splenda, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, napkins, Ziploc bags (gallon, quart, and sandwich baggies), and so much more!

In addition to the kitchen extras, we provide standard household products like trash bags, wastebasket liners, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, softener sheets, bleach, air fresheners, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Our homes also have plush bedding, pool towels, barbeque grills, outdoor living areas, local guide books, kids games and toys, streaming televisions.

We are the ONLY management company in Lake Havasu that manages just a handful of the top, premier luxury properties and focuses on quality, not quantity. Our homes are clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. They are all required to meet our high standards, ensuring every home you book with us will provide you the same outstanding experience. 

We employ a team of management, housekeeping, and maintenance professionals who strive for excellence for our guests. They are on the ground, ready to help 24/7 with anything that may arise. They also have lived in Lake Havasu for over 20 years. We know the best bars, restaurants, hiking/jeep trails, and a few secret local spots that they are happy to share with you.  

INSURANCE PARTNERSHIP
We have partnered with RentalGuardian, now offering our guests travel insurance. This insurance allows you to book and cancel your trip up to 48 hours before check-in, regardless of the reason, with a minimal financial penalty. We also beefed up our property protection coverage we have our guests purchase for their stay. Guests buy coverage up to three-thousand dollars with zero deductible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Renter(s)/Tenant(s) reserved through a booking site (i.e., HomeAway/VRBO, Airbnb, Booking.com, FlipKey, TripAdvisor), please follow cancellation terms as listed. 

If reserved directly through Empty Spaces, a thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation for either the Renter (s)/Tenant(s) or Property Manager. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days before the arrival date will incur no penalty, less credit card processing fees, if applicable. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. No refunds will be given for storms. We do not issue refunds due to road conditions.
